A Bridging Loan is a short-term loan that is typically taken out to facilitate the buying of a second property before you've sold your first. As they are more risky for the lender than a typical homebuyer loan, Bridging Loans can be more expensive and should only be used where you are absolutely certain that you can repay them within the agreed term.

Our provider offers competitive interest rates - based on risk assessment of the proposal - starting at 1.5% per month, and funding up to 80% of the full market value of the property (in certain circumstances).

  • Must be based in the UK or Eire
  • First or second charge security
  • Loan terms between 1-9 months
  • No up-front processing fees
  • Administration fees only payable on drawdown
  • Loans to individuals or corporate entities
  • Loans to corporate entities must be accompanied by directors personal guarantees
