Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Will you be able to explain and recommend the different types of insurances available ?
As part of our research and recommendation process, we will inform you fully about the types of insurances available and will make recommendations with your interests in mind from our limited panel of providers.
Q: Do I have to have Buildings & Contents Insurance ?
It is a condition of any mortgage Lender that Buildings Insurance must be in place either at exchange of contracts or before a remortgage can complete. Normally the Lender will insist that they are noted as an interested party. Contents insurance is not compulsory, however for peace of mind it is always recommended that it should be taken out.
