At PFS Limited, we will also show you what else is available to you and demonstrate why we have chosen this product. It is then completely your choice whether you wish to take up our recommendation.

If you wish to proceed, we will: complete the application with you, inform you of any lender and solicitor requirements and will help you through the process of obtaining your new mortgage from start to finish. At every stage you will be informed clearly and updated regularly.

Q: I have credit problems, can you help me ?

We will take full details from you of your circumstances and objectives so that we can inform lenders fully of your credit history. In many cases we can find a lender that will happily lend to you. However, it is unlikely that we can help you if you do not have a deposit or sufficient equity in your property. The overall cost for comparison is 7.3% APR TYPICAL. Q: How much do you charge for your services ?

For our work we charge a standard fee of £395 for a mortgage review and application - which is payable at the start of the process by credit / debit card or by cheque - but is refundable at our discretion if the lender declines your application or we do not meet our obligations to you. This gives you the peace of mind that you will have 100% of our attention and that we will handle your application professionally, efficiently and with your best interests in mind.
